About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide pre- and post-contractual administration and management support
- Manage contract terms and conditions and claims
- Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities for contracts or projects
- Define, manage, and execute contract estimating processes for tenders and project reviews
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Manage service agreements and time-and-material programs
- Assist with sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Liaise between internal organizations and customers
- Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams
- Execute policies and strategies using technical expertise
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
