About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Provide service agreement and time-and-material program management
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams
- Liaise between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
- Execute policies and strategies using technical expertise
- Analyze business drivers and integrate work with other teams
- Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance
- Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and training
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities for contracts or projects
- Define, manage, and execute contract estimating processes for tenders and project reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
