About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead weekly and bi-weekly SQDC calls with top and medium-tier vendors
  • Review On-Time Delivery metrics, backlogs, stockouts, and capacity improvement
  • Own end-to-end management of backorders and stockouts, including data analysis, reporting, vendor expediting, and purchase order updates
  • Maintain follow-up, documentation, and accountability for agreed action points
  • Support Rough Cut Capacity Planning and participate in vendor capacity strategy discussions
  • Manage Vendor Managed Inventory programs and maintain accurate data
  • Serve as central point of contact for P3 escalations
  • Oversee outage schedules and facilitate cross-functional alignment
  • Use predictive analytics to identify potential risks before business impact
  • Participate in War Room calls and coordinate Procurement, Order Management, and regional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in tracking tools and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Ability to turn raw data into actionable supply chain insights
  • Proven experience managing external vendor relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience with ERP systems or material management tools such as Buyer DM or S360
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Second language is an advantage
  • For Hungary-based locations, legal eligibility to enter into an employment relationship under Hungarian law
