About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation activities on site
  • Prepare site mobilization: contract analysis, interfaces, scheduling, and logistics
  • Lead pre-installation meetings to align teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and EHS requirements
  • Coordinate activities with Civil Engineering, electromechanical installation, and commissioning
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts when no dedicated PMME is assigned
  • Lead reporting on progress, issues, and risks
  • Manage non-conformities and technical changes in the field
  • Supervise teams and subcontractors and lead progress-review meetings
  • Organize handover phases to commissioning while minimizing outstanding items (punch list)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience managing M&E installation on complex industrial projects
  • Strong on-site leadership and a demonstrated commitment to safety and EHS
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces
  • Proficiency in project management tools, budget control, and contractual reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and lead technical meetings
  • Technical training or an engineering degree is preferred; however, we value field experience and professional achievements above all
