  • Lead a team within the Americas Nuclear Services Sales organization

  • Own sub-regional orders, commitments, and convertible-orders forecast accuracy

  • Monitor market trends, customer strategies, requirements, outage schedules, and competitor actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the power generation industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with and knowledge of steam turbine and generator technology, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance, and nuclear refueling processes
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service in the power generation industry
  • Experience directly managing employees
  • Strong energy industry experience
  • Direct customer-facing experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated inclusive leadership in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated clear thinking and effective communication at all levels
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
