About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the functional owner for the Field Services ITR tool, Astro
- Partner with IT to prioritize system enhancements and automate manual reporting processes
- Manage critical integrations between Event Vision and ISM to ensure accurate pacing and reporting data
- Lead the design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfillments
- Support SIOP process enhancements to drive business transformation and improve profitability
- Support Services planning, pacing, monthly close, and reporting cycles
- Ensure financial accuracy and timely KPI reporting
- Produce short- and medium-term forecasts by correlating recent trends with underlying base-cost drivers
- Partner with Global Services FP&A, Operations, and regional ITR stakeholders
- Bridge operational output and financial results
- Use data analytics to monitor performance, improve cost visibility, and ensure full cost liquidation across the business
- Drive implementation of global standard processes across regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure
- Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations
- Proactive approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Operational mindset with an interest in developing finance and business acumen
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience driving process simplification and excellence using contemporary data tools, particularly the Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
