About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements
- Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development
- Assist in customer negotiations
- Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process
- Apply knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups to execute policy and strategy
- Analyze competition and market differentiation factors
- Propose solutions to complicated day-to-day problems involving projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers
- Prioritize information for decision-making
- Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues
- Lead small, low-risk projects
- Explain information and help team members reach consensus
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
