About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver EPC projects from initial design through construction, commissioning, and handover
- Take accountability for project specification, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Contracts teams
- Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Manage project budgets, financial performance, cost control, and resource utilisation
- Identify and mitigate risks; manage claims, deviations, and root cause analysis
- Define, schedule, and execute project activities against milestones and contractual requirements
- Champion EHS, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and company standards
- Embed quality requirements, manage non-conformances, and ensure compliance with GE Vernova's Quality Management System
- Support tender validation by reviewing delivery models, commitments, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
- Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary and international environments
- Familiarity with New Engineering Contract (NEC) standards
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces effectively
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Valid passport and driver's license
