About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive key operational initiatives supporting Global Operations across the HDNU Projects organisation
  • Own and lead data analysis and reporting for business reviews, metrics tracking, and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain a centralised training repository
  • Support and lead project catalogue tool expansion and optimisation
  • Identify and coordinate process and QMS procedure improvements, simplification, and standardisation
  • Develop, document, and deploy standard work across the HDNU Projects organisation
  • Coordinate the monthly cross-functional metrics bowler reporting rhythm and follow up on agreed actions
  • Drive operational rigour and support global change management initiatives
  • Translate strategic direction into operational priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Influence and align stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to improve project execution effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or another technical or business-related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational standardisation, and change management
  • Previous experience within a Projects organisation or closely related project environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate as a self-starter
  • Results-oriented approach with strong focus on execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment across multiple time zones
  • Experience in Project Management, Project Operations, or a related Project Management discipline with significant exposure to Operations is desired
  • Experience communicating across organisational levels, including senior leadership, functions, and regional Poles
  • Familiarity with GE / GE Vernova ways of working, processes, and organisational culture is advantageous
