About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution of large enterprise integrated projects across multiple GE Vernova business units, from proposal stage through contract fulfillment (ITR)
Develop and execute technical and execution strategies for integrated project proposals and contracts
Define and manage proposal scope, schedule, cost, and risk with Sales, Commercial, and C&C teams
Serve as the primary customer interface for technical clarifications, negotiations, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with the project EPC and define division of responsibility and technical contractual alignment
Lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, planning, cost, logistics, and field execution teams
Own execution performance, including delivery milestones, cost control, revenue recognition, margin management, and cash flow
Establish project operating rhythms, management reviews, and KPI tracking for delivery, cost, and risk mitigation
Implement risk, opportunity, and change management processes, including customer change orders and claims
Ensure compliance with business processes, contractual requirements, and EHS standards
Champion integrated beacon projects and drive innovation in systems solutions for the datacenter space
Integrate Gas Turbines, Wind Turbines, High Voltage systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Energy Management Systems for complex Behind-The-Meter projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Civil) or Business Management
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, proposal management, or construction management within power generation, energy, or industrial projects
Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, and cost for complex technical or EPC-style projects
Working knowledge of power plant systems, operations, and major equipment components
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing directly with customers and external partners
Proficiency with standard project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience working in global and cross-regional teams
Experience leading customer-facing proposal or execution roles in EPC or power generation projects
Strong commercial mindset, including understanding of project economics, margin, and risk management
Experience with technical proposal development and contract negotiations
Demonstrated project management skills in fast-paced, changing environments
Familiarity with industrial or power plant system design and specifications
PMP certification, Master’s degree in Engineering, or MBA is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
