About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and lead the NAM Sales QMI and deal pacing call each week
  • Lead integrated OpPlan efforts and updated current estimates for HDGT and Aero
  • Track SFDC data accuracy
  • Lead bi-weekly sales meetings and set agendas based on team inputs
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on NU sales or integrated into the services strategy team
  • Assist deal teams in connecting across functions for deal risk management
  • Coordinate with LOB to schedule R meetings with appropriate lead time and staffing
  • Provide Sales input and representation at monthly SFDC committee, LOB, and ITR meetings
  • Coordinate with business line operational representatives to organize SLT reviews
  • Coordinate manufacturing plan and inventory reviews with demand management and GSC representatives
  • Develop long-term strategic plans by market and region to support Account Manager account planning and growth
  • Align NU proposals with CSA proposals on timing, content, strategy, and evaluation
  • Develop AI tools and processes to streamline work and train the team on best practices, market insights, BI, and daily work optimization
  • Operate with some autonomy under standard sales practices and procedures
  • Support medium-sized sales territories and participate in regular sales-results reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in power generation
  • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in power generation across sales, commercial operations, finance, marketing, services, engineering, sourcing, or operations
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and tools, CRMs, SFDC, and ERPs
  • Knowledge of sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory coverage, sales incentives, commercial planning and forecasting, and Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes
  • Experience cleaning and maintaining data in commercial and core systems
  • In-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
  • Ability to learn and master AI and educate others
  • Understanding of key business drivers and cross-team integration
  • Technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
