About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical interface with new nuclear power plant customers in Poland and other European countries before contract for site-specific design
Evaluate customer, country, and site-specific requirements for potential projects
Determine which potential sites are best suited to host BWRX-300 reactors
Determine the work necessary to adapt the standard BWRX-300 design to specific projects
Coordinate site layouts, external hazard screenings, and preliminary heat balances
Bridge efforts between GE Vernova engineering teams, external partners, and customers
Develop delivery schedules, cost estimates, and project responsibility frameworks
Ensure technical alignment from design through commercial operation
Represent engineering, fuel, and services expertise in high-level customer meetings
Translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions
Synthesize customer development strategies and competitive data to inform product offerings
Work with Sales and Product Line Management to maximize competitiveness
Present GE Vernova technology and solutions to customers as a subject matter expert
Interface with varying organizational levels to keep the GEH BWRX-300 product offering aligned with customer expectations
Report to the Technical Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) major
Significant experience in Application or Sales Engineering, Construction Project Management, or similar large-scale project management with a strong customer-facing focus
Excellent proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken, including technical terminology
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Poland
Field experience working on new nuclear power plant projects preferred
Knowledge of nuclear power systems, controls, equipment, and international nuclear regulatory frameworks preferred
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build effective networks to drive project efficiency preferred
Resident of Poland with unrestricted legal authorization to work in the country
Must be a citizen of a country on the U.S. Department of Energy’s List of Generally Authorized Countries (10 CFR Part 810 Appendix A), unless a specific authorization is obtained
