About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs, from planning and scheduling through proactive risk mitigation
Own the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA)
Lead site activities and prioritize with an SQDC mindset
Drive zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance to maximize asset reliability, availability, and performance
Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer site teams
Translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions
Connect customers with GE Vernova Gas Services functions and resource pools to drive responsiveness, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Identify waste and inefficiencies
Champion continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Own contract financial performance, including invoicing and cash collection
Drive long-term profitable growth
Bridge outage planning and execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University OR an Associate's degree from a college OR a High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry
Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passion for customer service
Demonstrated project management skills
Curiosity to understand how things work and desire to make things better
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate cross functionally to deliver outcomes
Experience working with customers and power plant leadership teams
Master's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred/standout qualification)
