About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a large, diverse global team delivering end-to-end Data & Analytics support operations services
Implement incident and problem management frameworks in ServiceNow
Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing support, including coverage, escalation, monitoring, and status updates
Lead operational incident response, resource allocation, subject-matter expertise, business communications, and on-call coverage as required
Implement L1/L2/L3 support, triage, assignment, routing, and Follow the Sun coverage
Define application transition frameworks into Operations/Support while balancing DevOps practices
Implement application SLA processes and publish support-quality metrics
Define and operate scalable real-time and batch data-ingestion pipelines into the Data Lake
Implement data-integrity frameworks between the D&A platform and upstream sources
Enforce data-governance standards through application change-control management
Drive communications for planned and unplanned events and leadership updates
Drive standard work and continuous improvement for Data & Analytics operational processes
Coordinate support, platform, engineering, data science, architecture, and solution architecture teams
Support platform configuration management, capacity planning, and performance management
Lead the enterprise Data Governance function and establish governance strategy, operating model, policies, standards, and roadmap
Own governance frameworks for SOX, GDPR, privacy, information protection, and internal controls
Define standards for analytics design, architecture, metadata, lineage, data models, KPIs, naming conventions, documentation, and governance processes
Lead governance assurance, audit readiness, and remediation with audit, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, finance, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with significant experience
Major experience in Infrastructure, Cloud operations and Application Support operations
Significant experience driving operations with Databricks, AWS/Azure Cloud Services, visualization/analytics tools such as Power BI, and data replication tools such as HVR/Fivetran
Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive operationalization of analytic products and transform processes through analytics
