Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow ecosystem
Transition the platform into an enterprise-wide driver of digital transformation, productivity, and AI-enabled innovation
Own platform stability, performance, and scalability
Cultivate a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing operational rigor, high availability, and best-in-class user experiences
Lead, mentor, and scale a large, diverse team of domain experts
Foster servant leadership, psychological safety, professional development, and high-impact delivery
Integrate newly acquired businesses into GE Vernova’s service standards
Define day-one and steady-state strategies for platform adoption, process harmonization, and user migration

Partner strategically with CTOs, Business Unit leaders, and Global Operations
Influence stakeholders to break down silos, ensure compliance, and promote a unified service management standard

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field
10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, Service Management, or Enterprise Platform roles within a global, complex, matrixed organization
Deep subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, and enterprise workflow automation
Proven success leading large-scale organizational change, M&A integration, and deployment of enterprise-wide standard work
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align diverse business units around a common technical vision
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
