About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational readiness, training, and performance support.
  • Identify change impacts and develop actionable impact analyses and message maps for impacted personas or functions.
  • Communicate information and change to impacted audiences throughout the program.
  • Create and maintain content channels and tools, including newsletters, emails, FAQ pages, and online content.
  • Coordinate training material readiness, build training calendars, and establish standard work for storing Process and System Training materials.
  • Collaborate with Business, Process Excellence, and Project core teams to identify change impacts, organizational readiness, success metrics, and resistance-management plans.
  • Partner with Business Operations to listen to customers and contribute to design deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional processes and engagements needed across Gas Power Services for system deployment.
  • Introduce daily standard-work operating rhythms to drive OCM changes.
  • Integrate change-management activities into project plans.
  • Identify and implement improvements to change-management strategy and methodology.
  • Serve as an individual contributor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5+ additional years of experience in cross-functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, and Operations organizations.
  • Strong business process and OCM tools understanding with proven experience driving change, user adoption and communication.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including ability to articulate business value.
  • Understanding of industry standard/GEV change methodologies to bring in best practice.
  • Mindset of Business value realization-driven process design and aligning processes with Operational KPIs.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience driving transformations with Empathy.
  • Ability to interface with and influence all levels of customer organization as well as other functions.
