About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of Enterprise Vulnerability Management and Disaster Recovery programs for the Power segment
  • Lead identification, tracking, escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution of vulnerabilities across Power DT applications
  • Maintain the risk register and report vulnerability status and trends to leadership
  • Identify inefficiencies and redesign governance processes
  • Deploy AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and increase program maturity
  • Assist with risk assessments and document findings
  • Maintain security, data management, and access control policies and procedures
  • Keep compliance repositories current and audit-ready
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on IT risk posture, compliance status, and control effectiveness
  • Validate data integrity and support KPI/KRI reporting
  • Develop training materials and coordinate compliance-awareness sessions
  • Track participation and capture feedback
  • Organize documentation and respond to audit evidence requests
  • Support audit coordination activities
  • Coordinate across application teams and senior Technology and Cyber leaders
  • Translate operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Contribute to Power DT's Governance Optimization program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 1–3 years of equivalent practical experience in Cyber, IT Audit, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience with foundational knowledge of security and application controls
  • Hands-on curiosity with AI tools and workflow automation; ability to build, test, and iterate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support control gap identification and basic root cause analysis
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to develop skills in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Preferred: interest in or progress toward CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications
  • Preferred: familiarity with COBIT frameworks or SOX compliance requirements
  • Preferred: experience with dashboard development and KPI/KRI reporting in a governance or risk context
