About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing operations for GE Vernova's Enterprise SaaS Software business
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns, including content syndication, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, and demo programs
- Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, revenue, and opportunity creation within target market segments
- Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop messaging and conversion-optimized buyer-journey assets
- Collaborate with Software and Controls global growth and commercial teams to operationalize campaigns and ensure enablement and communication
- Own and administer the marketing technology stack, including Marketo program strategy, build, and optimization
- Align Marketo with Salesforce for accurate lead flow, scoring, and routing
- Manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes with sales operations
- Troubleshoot synchronization issues and maintain data integrity between platforms
- Build and maintain automated dashboards tracking campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline contribution
- Partner with SCS marketing, agency, and central marketing teams on aligned campaign execution
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven results, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Manage timelines, budget, and resources to deliver campaigns and measurable revenue impact
- Serve as a brand ambassador for consistent messaging
- Report to the Sr. Global Marketing Director and collaborate with global marketing, agency, commercial, and Controls Commercial teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Demand Generation and/or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience owning/administering Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM data integration
- Demonstrated experience partnering with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales enablement processes
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed, approximately 20%
- Enterprise SaaS or commercial software industry experience strongly preferred
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or similar credential preferred
- Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred
- Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels preferred
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
- Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally in local and remote/hybrid settings
- Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
