About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
Provide input alongside the Portfolio Manager to build product roadmaps
Collaborate with business, engineering, and research teams
Work with data scientists, IT, and designers to develop robust AI solutions
Introduce methods for verifying success and identifying risks
Deliver exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications
Coordinate AI applications across Vernova to drive improvements and innovation
Use data analytics to measure product performance
Define and monitor metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives
Monitor product performance after launch
Gather user feedback and iterate on product features
Oversee integration of AI products from third-party software suppliers and determine technology fit
Translate complex technical challenges into strategic opportunities
Support internally developed solutions and external supplier solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred
Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives
Experience building and deploying AI applications
Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges
Technical proficiency and data-driven mindset
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
