About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute AI product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
Provide input, alongside the Portfolio Manager, to build product roadmaps
Collaborate with business, engineering, research, data science, IT, and design teams
Develop robust AI solutions and maintain technical rigor
Introduce methods for verifying success and identifying risks
Deliver exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs
Coordinate AI applications across GE Vernova to drive operational improvements and innovation
Define and monitor metrics and KPIs
Use data analytics to measure product performance and inform decisions
Monitor product performance after launch
Gather user feedback and iterate on product features
Oversee integration of AI products from third-party software suppliers
Determine best technology fit for third-party AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred
Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives
Experience building and deploying AI applications
Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges
Technical proficiency and data-driven mindset
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
