Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Product Management & Operations
  • For U.S.-based roles: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Experience deploying Lean management systems
  • Proficiency using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience building high-performing, diverse teams through coaching, active listening, and transparent communication
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sourcing, Quality Management, and Commercial Organizations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
