About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product Management function
  • Coordinate metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Influence product strategy for the broad sales territory, including resource control
  • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Act as operational glue between Product, Engineering, and Development teams
  • Streamline planning cycles and formalize cross-functional processes
  • Eliminate bottlenecks in the product lifecycle
  • Implement frameworks for product discovery and delivery
  • Align Product and Engineering teams on data-driven priorities, technical requirements, and release cadences
  • Make decisions and handle complex tasks across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers
  • Lead functional teams or projects
  • Establish portfolio-level KPIs and drive cross-functional accountability
  • Lead continuous improvement and standard work across tollgates, product councils, and critical rhythms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Product Management & Operations
  • For USA-based roles: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function
  • Specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
  • Strong Product awareness
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Experience deploying Lean management systems
  • Proficiency utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience building high-performing, diverse teams
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sourcing, Quality Management, and Commercial Organizations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
