About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and actively manage cross-functional bottoming cycle development schedules, resources, and budgets
Ensure robust design requirements and interface definition
Maintain transparency through dashboards and schedules in PLM
Report program status to senior management
Manage NPI financial rhythms, budgets, risks, and opportunities with Finance and Operations
Deliver strong ROI on corporate development investments
Support Platform Managers in developing MGPP and MGTP and communicating strategic direction
Support System Integration Leaders in executing NPI programs across engineering organizations
Ensure application of the NPI Process
Coordinate Technical Reviews with the Chief Engineers Office
Improve processes, role clarity, and tools across manufacturing, services, engineering, and product management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical environments
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
