Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects
Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction
Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource
Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility
Analyze data and use technical experience to support recommendations
Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems
Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Project Management for roles outside the USA
Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA
Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
