About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions
  • Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes
  • Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Manufacturing Specialty - Sourcing, EHS, Quality and LEAN
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Process Quality Engineers, EHS Leader, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
