About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own overall product and project initiatives for Source to Pay (S2P) applications
Execute the S2P technology roadmap to support application rationalization, reduce costs, and improve business performance
Ensure compliance with and adherence to SOX controls for applicable systems
Collaborate with business, functional partners, and technology leadership to define and refine requirements
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the product and competitive landscape
Lead technology discussions and shape strategy aligned with business needs
Define execution plans and delivery approaches based on project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate day-to-day execution with cross-functional technical teams
Collaborate with and manage external vendors as needed
Ensure project management processes are followed and drive continuous improvement
Resolve roadblocks and manage interdependencies
Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events
Oversee stakeholder communications and provide regular progress updates
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Track project outcomes, value realization, and customer satisfaction
Serve as Application Governance Leader for Sourcing applications
Partner with service providers to meet operational support and compliance requirements
Focus on Accounts Payables e-invoicing compliance projects, AGL work for Sourcing applications, related projects, and AI-enabled solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college
Professional background supported by significant experience in technology and sourcing business processes
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supplier, and accounts payable systems
Fluent English knowledge is essential
Relevant experience contributing to full project lifecycles
Experience working with offshore teams, including development and/or application support
Foundational training and understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts
Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others to solve problems and incorporates input from multiple sources
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across regions
Ability to apply knowledge to coach and mentor others
Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build strong customer relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Change-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and leading change initiatives
PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
Awareness of ITIL or similar IT service management processes
