About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the design and execution of end-to-end projects in the Commercial ecosystem, integrating and optimizing Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms
- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership to specify requirements
- Balance feature development, technical debt reduction, and defect resolution
- Drive technology discussion and strategy aligned with business needs
- Define execution plans based on project scope, timeline, and budget/resources
- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across technical teams and organizations
- Manage external vendors as required
- Resolve roadblocks and interdependencies with technical and functional teams
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Lead the Scrum team through the development lifecycle, including code reviews, coding standards, and developer mentoring
- Ensure deliveries follow security, data integrity, and performance best practices
- Identify process re-engineering and automation opportunities in Salesforce and CPQ environments
- Drive adoption of emerging platform features and innovations
- Track outcome realization and customer satisfaction metrics and collect lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- English fluent communication skills
- 6+ years of experience in software development and technical product management
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, Integrations) and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, or PROS)
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects in a global organization
- Commercial domain expertise integrating CRM with CPQ engines, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms
- Experience working with others on a global basis
- PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
