About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the transactional and information flow of the supply plan for the segment
- Support tactical execution of supply plans while aligning to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current supply plan
- Monitor, identify, and resolve barriers to supply-plan execution with demand planning and manufacturing sites
- Communicate supply-plan status and issues through regular mechanisms with schedulers and planners
- Manage regular reporting, issue identification and resolution, and meeting mechanisms to ensure clean information flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Supply Chain
- OR a high school diploma / GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials planning, inventory management, or warehouse/distribution centers
- APICS certifications (CPIM and/or CSCP) desired
- Global experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment
- ERP experience with SAP (PMx), Baan, or Oracle (Zeal) in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to use lean tools for continuous improvement
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
