Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical and innovation-focused talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategy in a complex, multi-functional organization
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies
  • Experience leading recruitment transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience utilizing talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools
  • Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and advanced sourcing methodologies
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions or global environments
  • Strong negotiation and talent advisory capabilities
