About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple functions, levels, and geographies

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery
- Establish performance expectations, provide feedback, and support team professional development
- Drive adoption of recruiting best practices, innovative methodologies, and efficient workflows
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership on talent needs and hiring strategies
- Provide labor market intelligence, competitive insights, talent availability trends, and recruitment recommendations
- Influence hiring decisions and workforce planning through data-driven insights
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and eliminate bottlenecks
- Implement scalable, repeatable, and standardized recruiting practices
- Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and recruitment technologies
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational performance
- Support employer branding efforts
- Evaluate sourcing channels and usage for effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee recruitment agency and external vendor relationships
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices and diverse candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Monitor labor market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategy in a complex, multi-functional organization
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies
- Experience leading recruitment transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience utilizing talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions or global environments
- Strong negotiation and talent advisory capabilities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
