About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and job brief through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close
Recruit across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality functions
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers as their trusted partner and primary point of contact
Source and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and talent communities
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure ATS data accuracy and process compliance
Share knowledge, best practices, and market insights with peers
Guide hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of recruiting experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
Bilingual in French and English preferred
Hands-on sourcing experience with a track record of building strong candidate pipelines preferred
Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Experience supporting recruiting across Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, LEAN, or Quality functions preferred
