About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and collaborate with global Regulatory and Engineering teams to identify high-priority standards and manage future compliance needs across all GE Vernova businesses
Support maintenance of subscription tools
Facilitate access requests for technical regulatory standards
Produce data analytics to support operational efficiency and subscription renewal efforts
Coordinate responses to subscription requests to support ongoing business operations
Mitigate compliance risk and minimize customer impact
Coordinate and administer the full procure-to-pay process, including usage analysis, PO lifecycle management, and invoice resolution
Maintain shared digital workspaces in SharePoint, Box, Jaggaer, and Savings360 as a single source of truth
Track and document key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making across multiple platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated experience in sourcing service-based contracts and managing vendor relationships
Proficiency in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Experience in regional cost optimization
Experience ensuring adherence to contract management standards
Ability to clearly articulate subscription requirements and provide guidance to a global user base
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Smartsheet, DocuSign, Power BI, Jaggaer, CCL, Sievo, and Savings360
Proven experience navigating shifting priorities and maintaining productivity amidst process-related changes
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standardized methodologies to complex data sets
Experience in supply chain operations
Working knowledge of global regulatory compliance trends, third-party standards organizations, and policy-making bodies
Experience managing project workflows
Exposure to Lean methodology
