About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Wind Services Commercial Leader to develop and execute TX portfolio growth strategy across all regions
  • Drive operational process improvement to ensure high-quality execution and customer delivery
  • Support the accounting operations organization in financially managing the TX portfolio
  • Improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial project reviews to enable operational billing entitlement and clean project completions and closeouts
  • Lead financial planning and estimating processes for TX
  • Drive problem-solving with commercial and operations teams
  • Manage a direct report and foster continuous learning and development
  • Focus on upskilling, cross-training, and automations
  • Drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial processes for GE Vernova’s approximately $2B Wind Services business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Established project management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
