About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and drive product design through turbine system modeling in Loads, Operability, Aerodynamics, Aeroelastics, Acoustics, or Power Performance
  • Validate turbine systems and analyze test data for wind turbines and components
  • Support component owners with component design and specifications
  • Participate in FMEA, risk assessment, and root cause analysis activities
  • Resolve field service cases and support failure investigations in the installed base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, positive, flexible in changing environments
  • Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving, learning agility
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas demonstrated through course work, internships, or other experiences: Multibody Simulation
  • Wind Turbine Technology Experience is a strong plus but not required
  • Experience in adjacent fields such as Power Systems, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or software development methods such as Verification & Validation and version control
  • Passion for renewable energy and/or sustainability
