About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and drive product design through turbine system modeling in Loads, Operability, Aerodynamics, Aeroelastics, Acoustics, or Power Performance
- Validate turbine systems and analyze test data from wind turbines and components
- Support component owners with component design and specifications
- Participate in FMEA, risk assessment, and root cause analysis activities
- Resolve field service cases and support failure investigations in the installed base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited University
- Experience in one or more of the following areas demonstrated through course work, internships, or other experiences: Multibody Simulation
- Wind Turbine Technology experience is a strong plus but not required
- Experience in adjacent fields such as Power Systems, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or software development methods such as Verification & Validation and version control
- Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, positive, and flexible in changing environments
- Structured approach to problem solving and learning agility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems clearly and simply
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in project teams in an international environment
- Passion for renewable energy and/or sustainability
