About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage parts pricing, margins, costs and stock levels
  • Handle dealer enquiries through the Parts Help Desk
  • Support ordering processes, communications, delivery timings, IT and financial processes
  • Support 3PL partners and internal orders
  • Coordinate dealer deliveries and transport bookings
  • Manage carriers, returns and missed deliveries
  • Maintain inventory and logistics systems and accurate records
  • Manage returns, parts failures and minimum order quantities (MOQs)
  • Investigate and resolve spare parts, transportation and dealer support issues
  • Prioritise urgent requirements and implement corrective actions with the Parts Manager
  • Support purchasing, reporting, KPI tracking and special business projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts or coordination, preferably within a dealer group, car brand company or distributor
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Automotive Technology, Engineering, Customer Service or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to manage dealer pricing from RRP through to net invoice
  • Experience monitoring margins and costs against KPIs
  • Ability to optimise stock levels and manage inventory
  • Ability to handle dealer enquiries and support ordering, communications, delivery timings, IT and financial processes
  • Ability to support 3PL partners and internal orders
  • Experience coordinating dealer deliveries, transport bookings, carriers, returns and missed deliveries
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory and logistics records and ensure data accuracy between systems and warehouse stock
  • Ability to investigate and resolve spare parts, transportation and dealer support issues
  • Ability to prioritise urgent requirements and implement corrective actions
  • Ability to support purchasing, reporting and KPI tracking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding and multicultural environment
