About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and evaluate new or existing dealer partners in line with the ideal network plan, company growth strategy, partner requirements, and brand standards
- Coordinate the franchise application process and ensure documentation is accurately completed and submitted for committee approval
- Lead cross-functional onboarding of new dealers from franchise approval through site launch
- Ensure dealer compliance with brand standards and support implementation of the new Corporate Identity
- Manage franchising activities including appointments, ownership changes, relocations, and terminations
- Collaborate with Regional Dealer Development Managers and the central Network Development team across the UK
- Maintain reporting on network status, dealer performance, onboarding progress, and site development pipeline
- Conduct regular dealer meetings and report performance against scorecard KPIs
- Set improvement objectives and support dealers in achieving them with Geely Auto UK functional teams
- Monitor and maintain dealer P&L performance
- Support the sales targeting process with the Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience
- Deep understanding of the regional dealer development function
- Existing strong relationships with dealers within the assigned geography
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
