• Lead the end-to-end vendor lifecycle from sourcing and procurement through contracting, governance, performance management, renewals, and termination.
• Develop and execute enterprise vendor management and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee vendor governance programs, performance scorecards, SLAs, and risk management activities.
• Drive vendor performance improvement and resolve service, quality, and contractual issues.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage key supplier relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve vendor insight, procurement efficiency, and decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, suppliers, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain understanding of applicable OPM procurement requirements and implement compliant sourcing, contracting, approval, documentation, and oversight processes.
• Support OPM audits, inquiries, and reviews by coordinating procurement records, approvals, contracts, vendor documentation, and compliance evidence.
• Lead and develop procurement and vendor management team members while fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
