About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Digital Channels team and broader Growth team goals.
  • Utilize Sitecore CMS to coordinate, update, and maintain content across G.E.H.A.’s websites.
  • Design and implement email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Post social media content using Sprout Social or directly on platforms.
  • Perform website content quality assurance.
  • Track goals on company websites and social platforms.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze social media traffic, engagement, sentiment, and competitive performance.
  • Analyze email performance, list performance, on-site, and other conversion actions.
  • Assist with regular reports and presentations on website, social, and email performance.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, concise, actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure performance data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through tagging, tracking, and data governance.
  • Support cross-functional project stakeholders and Growth leadership.
  • Create and implement webinar assets for customer engagement, clinical, and sales operations.
  • Participate in marketing strategy and new marketing communication initiatives.
  • Maintain brand, UX, and CX standards across G.E.H.A. and subsidiary brands.
  • Track industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital channel management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS management, email marketing management, and social media management.
  • SiteCore experience a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Understanding of business objectives and ability to link campaign analytics findings to strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for staying updated with website analytics and digital marketing trends.
  • Relevant certifications in web analytics preferred.
  • Working knowledge of web testing methodologies, HTML, and SEO preferred.
  • Ability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service for a home office.
  • Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Latency response time lower than 80 ms.
  • Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet service are not allowed.
  • Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
  • Employees must live in an eligible U.S. state; U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Maine are excluded.
