About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for multiple product initiatives
  • Assist with coordination and testing of new and existing projects to ensure accurate implementation
  • Partner with Actuary, Marketing, Customer Experience, Networks, vendors, and other internal teams to collect and organize data
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, process materials, and the team’s SharePoint resource site
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews for product materials, OPM filings, and member-facing communications
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and written materials for leadership and board-level meetings
  • Synthesize data and insights into concise summaries and recommendations
  • Provide confidential support to Product leadership, including meeting preparation, coordination, and follow-up
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and progress
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or closely related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project or product support or a related field, preferably in healthcare
  • Direct experience performing work of a highly responsible and confidential nature; or any combination of education and experience providing the types and levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the job
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows and advanced features of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced presentation skills for executives or board members
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Preferred: experience within health insurance, healthcare administration, or product development environments
  • Preferred: familiarity with project management or workflow tools such as Smartsheet or Asana
  • Ability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service such as fiber, DSL, or cable modem for a home office
  • Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download x 5 Mbps upload
  • Latency response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet service are not allowed
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
