About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promptly and accurately settle auto damage claims
- Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work in the Central/South Austin, TX territory
- Flex between remote, field, and in-office work as required by the primary work location
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
- Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required
- Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines
- Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
- Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require remote, field, or in-office work
- Solid computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Multi-tasking skills
- Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
