Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of three years customer-facing experience required
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment with performance metrics, productivity goals, or KPIs preferred
  • No active insurance license required at hire; employees must successfully obtain and maintain the required Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license as part of the role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Consultative approach that builds trust, resolves customer concerns, and helps customers make informed decisions
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
