About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build a new technical program management model for a continuously changing portfolio of AI, data, and martech initiatives
  • Design agile, high-velocity delivery rituals, tooling, and decision-making processes
  • Use AI tools and agents to improve planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Stand up team designs for ambiguous initiatives by defining roles, ownership, and decision rights
  • Build momentum across cross-functional projects and teams
  • Partner with Marketing Systems Design and Technology teams to translate strategy into project plans, marketing use cases, and delivery roadmaps
  • Own milestones, sequencing, delivery commitments, key dates, and roadmap commitments
  • Manage program-level dependencies across concurrent initiatives and maintain a live transformation portfolio view
  • Identify and resolve cross-program conflicts and escalate issues requiring executive attention
  • Establish lightweight governance, milestone reviews, steering touchpoints, and executive reporting
  • Build reporting and dashboards for portfolio health, key dates, and risks
  • Partner with Change Management to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Report to the Senior Director, Marketing Transformation & Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a fast-moving technology or AI company leading program or project management for marketing- or product-adjacent initiatives
  • Background in modern, high-velocity delivery environments
  • Track record standing up and leading teams around ambiguous, fast-emerging initiatives, including team design and role clarity
  • Deep fluency in AI and marketing technology
  • Experience evaluating and deploying new AI/martech tools quickly
  • Experience building or reinventing program and project management ways of working
  • Strong program-level dependency and portfolio management skills across multiple concurrent, high-stakes initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to partner with systems design and engineering teams on delivery planning without owning technical architecture
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week onsite at the NYC or Bethesda office
