Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models supporting business performance
  • Build tools, projections, and scenario analyses to evaluate business risk and future outlooks
  • Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and assess implications of operational changes
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct sensitivity and trade off analysis tied to core business levers
  • Support insight-led narratives connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers
  • Diagnose issues and surface potential corrective actions
  • Build, enhance, and maintain analytical tools, templates, and dashboards
  • Improve data usability, documentation, and analytical efficiency
  • Evolve analytical frameworks with peers and leaders
  • Collaborate with Product and/or other cross-functional partners
  • Translate analyses into clear, decision-ready materials for presentations and readouts
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests
  • Deliver accurate, timely analyses and reporting
  • Manage moderately complex analytical projects addressing ambiguous business questions
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining analytical rigor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or relative quantitative field preferred
  • 1-3 years of FP&A, Finance, or similar field
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools
  • Knowledge in SQL and Power BI preferred, but not required
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must work on-site 3 days per week at one of the listed office locations
