Gather and document business requirements
Analyze complex reporting and data issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment and respond positively to change
Experience writing business requirements and test plans
Proficiency with Personal Auto Service or Underwriting applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to use a PC
Ability to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and set priorities
Ability to multitask
Ability to learn and apply technical and procedural information and follow published processes
Knowledge of software coding, coding standards, published processes, and design guidelines
Ability to provide system training to team members as needed
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers, clients, co-workers, and other employees
Ability to perform under pressure and stressful situations
Ability to learn technical concepts and adapt quickly to new technologies
Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences
Experience researching complex issues, identifying root causes, validating results, and documenting findings
Experience with SQL or other querying languages, Python, Power BI, and advanced Excel
May be required to be on call for production support 24x7
Bachelor's degree in a technical field is desirable
