Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications powering customer self-service across voice, IVR, chat, SMS, and email in CRM applications
  • Build and optimize multi-agent systems for intelligent, collaborative decision-making
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through architecture, testing, and monitoring best practices
  • Research distributed systems and AI advances and bring innovative approaches and tools into production
  • Use Python, SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure tools and services
  • Share best practices and improve processes across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI or machine learning models (LLMs) in production environments
  • Expertise building large-scale distributed systems, preferably in Azure or AWS cloud environments
  • Expertise building applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms
  • Experience applying AI/ML to natural language processing, speech recognition, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation
  • Experience with microservice-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
  • Experience with architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
  • Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with operational portals such as Azure Portal
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
  • Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience within a Python or Java framework
  • 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  • Must already have employment authorization; GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization
