About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Conduct design sessions and code reviews
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
Create reusable application components and patterns
Develop full-stack applications with ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, .NET or Java frameworks, and SQL/NoSQL databases
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Publish and maintain design, workflow, and runbook documentation
Provide support for critical systems, including 24x7 on-call support when necessary
Plan, prioritize, and execute large-scale projects
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments
5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments
4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, or Spring Boot
3+ years of experience with ReactJS
Strong front-end development skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML
Experience designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and full-stack applications
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience with open-source frameworks, tools, and modern engineering practices
Familiarity with Python, Golang, PowerShell, or similar programming and scripting languages is preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience
