About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support large, complex initiatives aimed at solving business challenges and improving operational performance
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results
  • Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help solve mid to high level business problems in pursuit of company goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives
  • Create clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insights
  • Work with peers, management, and partners in other areas of the business to drive change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of GEICO experience working in cross-functional teams with a focus on sales, service, and underwriting processes
  • Experience analyzing large data sets and providing recommendations for improvements to complex business problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn and ability to ask insightful questions
  • Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
