About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and agent interviews
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on agent feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Drive product development, including defining requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
- Identify options and recommendations and work through trade-offs with partners to remove impediments
- Partner with engineering to drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable product solutions
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for agency management functionality, including agent onboarding and administration/configuration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in agile product management
- Experience managing all aspects of a tech feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience equivalent
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change
- Experience delivering value iteratively, focusing on the minimum viable product and regularly reporting on product performance
- Knowledge of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, and Customer Support
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
