About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform, including authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, and identity lifecycle
Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities
Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort using data and stakeholder input
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery and measurement
Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes
Mentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domain
Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
At least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains
Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, and RBAC/ABAC
Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements
Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
Relevant IAM certifications and/or insurance industry experience is a plus
